New idea for Oven Baked Omelet

Feathery eggs made in the oven.

Ingredients:

1.2 teaspoon butter
2.10 large eggs
3.1 cup sour cream
4.1 cup milk
5.2 teaspoon salt
6.3 green onions, chopped
7.1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Process:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter.
Beat eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt in a bowl until blended. Stir in green onions. Pour mixture in the arranged baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until set, 15 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over eggs and keep on baking until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minute more.
