Easy Way to Make Healthy Fresh Fruit Salad

2 large apples, chopped

2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped

2 large pears, chopped

2 large oranges, peeled and chopped

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped

1 cup (250 mL) seedless red grapes

1/4 cup (50 mL) fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons (30 mL) honey

2 teaspoons (30 mL) fresh ginger, grated


  1. Place chopped fruit in a large bowl
  2. Separately, whisk together lemon juice, honey and ginger
  3. Drizzle dressing over fruit mixture, tossing to coat
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
