CUMIN WATER/JEERA WATER
In a sauce pan, add 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds. Bring the water to a boil. Put the flame on low and allow the cumin seeds flavour to be absorbed into the water for about 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Strain the boiled jeera/cumin water and discard the jeera seeds. Add the strained water into a glass. Add honey and stir well. Consume warm every morning.
Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds to a glass of brewing green tea and bring it to a boil. Once the water turns browning green, turn off the gas and cover the vessel. Allow the decoction to cool down to room temperature. Drink this tea three times a day. If you want the tea to be a little mild, you can add some cumin seeds to a glass of boiling hot green tea water and cover it. Let it steep and then decant the water.
CUMIN AND CURD
Increase the intake of cumin in your food by consuming the cumin curd after lunch or dinner. Add one spoon of cumin powder in 5g of curd and eat it on regular basis. Regular use of it will help you in reducing weight.
Soak 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds in water overnight and strain the seeds in the morning. Squeeze a half-cut lemon to this. Drink it on an empty stomach every morning for 2 weeks for quick weight loss.
CUMIN WITH GINGER AND LEMON
